Cancellation Policy

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy and no-show policy.If you cannot make it to your appointment, your therapist will do their best to reschedule your appointment to another day within the same week so that you are not charged for canceling the appointment. If however, you cannot reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $55. If you don’t show up to a session, you will be charged a full insurance contracted rate. We try to encourage our clients to attend every session as each session brings us closer to our therapeutic goals.

Understanding your insurance benefits can be confusing and difficult. We want to help bring clarity and ease to your benefits. Our billing team has extensive experience in working with insurance companies and will do their best to address any insurance issues you might have. We are in a network with:

Good Faith Estimate

Good Faith Estimate for your care: Under the law (§ 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act) health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate in writing before you schedule a service.
