Ella Strzepa, LCSW-R

Founder, Therapist

I am an interactive practitioner who employs a multidimensional approach to therapy, tailoring it to best meet my clients’ needs. I have extensive psychotherapy experience working with adults and adolescents in individual and group settings. I utilize a range of therapeutic tools in my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Candace Yarde, LMHC

Therapist

I employ a cognitive-behavioral approach when working with clients, providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable expressing themselves. My experience includes providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in different settings. I also have experience facilitating a group for adolescents, as well as using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Multisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect (MST-CAN).  Although I have experience working with people of all ages, I enjoy helping children and adolescents overcome their challenges. My background includes working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and grief.

Justin Rue, LMSW

Therapist

I employ an interactive approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices that include Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of varying backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, depression, separation anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other stress-related problems. I have specialized practice with the LGBTQIA+ community, working primarily with teens and young adults. Overall, I will work with clients to help them recognize the power of change that lies within each individual.

Desiree Borre, LMSW

Therapist

I use motivational interviewing and strengths-based practice. I believe every individual is unique and valuable and can achieve their goals. I strive to meet clients where they are, help them acquire the tools needed to overcome challenges, and empower them to recognize their strengths and abilities throughout the process. I have learned from her experience the value of conversation and listening, which has shaped me, and I continue to apply this to my personal and professional life. I see each person I meet as an individual with a story that has helped shape who they are. I understand the importance of providing a safe, supportive space to share personal stories and struggles as part of healing and growth. I am passionate about helping others recognize their value and the potential within them to achieve their goals.

Marta Kiliman, LCSW

Therapist

As a trauma-oriented psychotherapist, my mission is to create a compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, understand the impacts of trauma, and cultivate resilience. In our work together, I integrate mindfulness practices to help you develop a deeper awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. This approach enables you to ground yourself in the present moment, offering a gentle pathway to process past experiences without becoming overwhelmed. With a focus on your unique needs, I draw from evidence-based techniques and mindfulness strategies to support you in navigating the complexities of trauma. Whether you are dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties, my aim is to empower you to reconnect with yourself and cultivate a sense of peace and balance.

Gabrielle Richards, LMSW

Therapist

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker experienced in supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life changes, relationship issues, self-regulation, and stress. My therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-focused, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and past experiences are interconnected. CBT helps recognize unhelpful thoughts, develop coping skills, and manage symptoms. Each treatment is personalized to the client’s needs and goals, fostering growth, understanding, and resilience. I also offer Christian counseling that incorporates faith, spirituality, and biblical principles in a respectful, supportive way aligned with the client’s beliefs.

Vanessa Roldan, LMHC

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing mental health concerns, as well as adults with disabilities, people navigating alcohol or substance issues, and those working toward meaningful employment. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where clients can build coping skills, improve daily functioning, and develop the confidence needed for recovery and vocational success. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness Techniques—allowing me to tailor therapy sessions to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
